Cipralex vs. comparators

The more severe the depression is in the baseline the greater is the difference in efficacy between Cipralex and its comparators.

In pooled analysis Cipralex showed significant superiority in efficacy compared with other antidepressants.

  • Cipralex shows a significantly greater efficacy than all comparators (citalopram, sertraline, fluoxetine, paroxetine and venlafaxine XR). (ref.1)
