Cipralex vs. comparators

The more severe the depression is at baseline the greater is the difference in efficacy between Cipralex and its comparators.

In a pooled analysis Cipralex showed significant superiority in efficacy compared with other antidepressants.

  • Cipralex shows a significantly greater efficacy than all comparators (citalopram, sertraline, fluoxetine, paroxetine and venlafaxine XR). (ref.1)
