The most frequent adverse events reported with Cipralex are nausea, insomnia, problems with ejaculation, somnolence, increased sweating, fatigue, decreased libido and anorgasmia.
Cipralex has a good tolerability profile, and is tolerated at least as well as citalopram in both short-term and long-term studies.
